Blue River Farm is a working farm as well as a small livery. It supplies all of its own hay, straw so the residents get discount on many prices. There is 100 acres for the horses and cattle to graze in. The cattle and horses are kept separate for safety reasons. There is a small ménage that's a little run down but the owner does paint it regularly. There are plenty of trail rides with cross country courses built in. All in all it's a nice place. The huge river surrounds most of the farm and could almost be a moat.
